A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER
OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURB, GUTTER, WALK, PAVEMENT
AND DRAINAGE STRUCTURE IN KINARD AVENUE AND OTHER
RIGHTS OF WAY (CARSON ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 69-5)
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Carson,
California, an assessment to represent the costs and expenses of the work and improvements
done pursuant to proceedings had and taken under and pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 70-094, adopted July 6, 1970; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has duly given notice in the manner provided by
law for the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing; and
WHEREAS, said City Council, having received all protests and having heard
all persons desiring to be heard at said hearing, is now satisfied as to the proper completion
of the work and of the spreading of the assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said assessment and diagram, the
proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all officers of the
City of Carson, California, in relation to the work done and to the said assessment and the
diagram attached thereto, be, and the same hereby are ratified and confirmed, and the
Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered and directed to attach to said assessment a
warrant in the manner and form provided by law, said warrant bearing date of this Resolution,
and is further ordered to deliver said warrant, diagram and assessment to the contractor, or
its assignee, as the case may be, forthwith upon payment of the incidental expenses due
thereon.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1971.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is fber;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 71-141, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 20th day of September, 1971, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
