A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RE AGREEMENT WITH COTTON & FRANCISCO
FOR ANNUAL CITY AUDIT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement between the City of Carson and the firm
of Cotton & Francisco to perform certain auditing services, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement in form approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of November 1971.
