A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES FOR THE AVALON MEDIAN DIVIDER
(CASH CONTRACT NO. 13:':2)
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation did solicit and receive
proposals to perform the landscaping architectural services relating to the Avalon median
divider (Cash Contract No. 13.2); and
WHEREAS, the City Council did on September 9, 1971, approve the proposal
as submitted by Recreation Land Planners, Inc., to perform the landscaping architectural
services and did authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to prepare the necessary
contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I. Approval of Contract. That the contract between Recreation
Land Planners and t e ity of Carson is hereby approved.
Section 2. Execution of Contract. That the Mayor is hereby directed
to enter into the contract as approved in form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1971.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is four;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 71-172, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
