A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR RELOCATION
SERVICES NECESSARY TO FULFILS FEDERAL, STATE AND
CITY RELOCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY OF
CARSON'S "PARKS -IN -CITIES" PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation did solicit and receive
proposals to perform the relocation services relating to the City of Carson's "Parks -In -
Cities" Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 201 1971, approve the proposal
as submitted by Port & Flor, Inc., to perform the relocation services and did authorize the
Director of Parks and Recreation to prepare the necessary contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I. Approval of Contract. That the contract between Port &
Flor, Inc., andt epi City of Carson is hereby approved.
Section 2. Execution of Contract. That the Mayor is hereby directed
to enter into the contract as approved as to form by the City Attorney.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is four;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-001, was duly and regubrly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 3rd day of January, 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
