A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES
FOR MAINTENANCE ON JOINTLY OWNED STREET
LIGHTING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1 . Than the agreement for the maintenance of street lights
as shown in Appendix A and Appendix B attached thereto and a part thereof between
the City of Carson and the City of Los Angeles is approved as presented; and that the
Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th dayal' March, 1972.

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-044, was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City ata regular meeting of said Council, duly and
regularly held on the 6th day of March, 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted
