A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO OWNER PARTICI-
PATION AGREEMENT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carson, that the amendments
to the Carson Redevelopment Agency Owner Participation Agreement No. 1, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", are hereby approved and adopted by the Carson City Council and Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the same.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1972

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-074, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 18th day of April 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
