A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AWARDING A CONTRACT TO TEICHERT TECTONICS
FOR THE APPLICATION OF GILSABIND TO VARIOUS STREETS
1N THE CITY OF CARSON (CITY OF CARSON CASH CONTRACT
NO. 55)
WHEREAS, Teichert Tectonics has submitted a proposal to the Director
of Public Works to apply Gilsabind to various streets in the City of Carson, for the City
of Carson, for a total price of $3,218.55; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works deems the acceptance of said
proposal to be in the best interests of the City of Carson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I. Acceptance of Proposal. That the City Council of the
City of Carson hereby awards the contract for doing said work to
TEICH ERT TECTONICS
Section 2. Execution of Contract. The Director of Public Works is
directed to prepare tecontract, and the Mayor is authorized to enter into the contract
subject to its approval by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this lst day of May, 1972.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City_ Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-080, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 1st day of May, 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
