RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT ACCEPTING
GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY, AUTHORIZING OFFICER TO
EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE WITH RESPECT
THERETO AND AUTHORIZING GENERAL MANAGER TO
EXECUTE ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY
OR APPROPRIATE TO CLOSING OF THE TRANSACTION
(CONGRESS SPRINGS OPEN SPACE PRESERVE)
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does resolve as follows:
Section One. The Board of Directors of the Midpenin-
sula Regional Park District does hereby accept, with
gratitude, the gift of real property conveyed by that
certain gift deed from the Saratoga. Union School Dis-
trict to the Midpeninsula Regional Park District dated
May 14, 1975.
Section Two. The President of the Board or other ap-
propriate officer is authorized to execute a certificate
of acceptance to any deed granting title to said
property.
Section Three. That certain license agreement between
the Saratoga Union School District and the Midpeninsula
Regional Park District dated May 14, 1975 is approved
and the President of the Board or other appropriate
officer is authorized to execute the same on behalf of
the District.
Section Four. The General Manager of the District is
authorized to execute any and all other documents in
escrow necessary or appropriate to the closing of the
transaction.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Park District on May 14 , 19 75
at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: K. Duffy, B. Green, N. Hanko, E. Shelley and D. Wendin

I, the Secretary of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District,
hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolu-
tion duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the District by the
above vote at a meeting thereof duly held and called on the above
date.
