The meeting was called to review the final ALP drawing as amended
by discussion at the December 1, 1988 workshop.
The engineers identified several areas of change including an
area for agricultural spray operations, and the Dienhard Lane
relocation in the clear zone area.
After discussion, Fereday moved to adopt the draft Airport Layout
Plan (ALP) as amended, and to recommend that the City Council approve
the ALP and direct the engineers to secure FAA approval. Williams
seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The Committee asked staff to forward this action to the City
Council at the earliest opportunity to expediate FAA approval.
