A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING THE RELOCATION PLAN FOR PARKS -
IN -CITIES PROJECT, CALIFORNIA 417 (G)
WHEREAS, the City of Carson is acquiring certain real property for park
purposes pursuant to Parks -In -Cities project, California 417 (G), there being located on
such real property six residential and two business establishments; and
WHEREAS, a proposed Relocation Plan for the relocation of said residences
and businesses has been prepared for and submitted to the City by the firm of Port and Flor,
Incorporated, for the purposes of complying with the relocation requirements of the United
States Depaetment of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, said proposed Relocation Plan has been preliminarily examined
by said Department of Housing and Urban Development and found to be in compliance with
their requirements.
RESOLVED.. THEREFORE, that said Relocation Plan be approved by the
City Council of the City of Carson and submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development for final approval.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1972.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-111, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 5thday of June, 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
