A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
ESTABLISHING A TABLE OF ORGANIZATION, FIXING THE RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF CARSON,
AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS 71-100, 71-163, 72-036 AND
72-058.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Table of Organization Established. A Table of
Organization, of the City of Carson is hereby adopted. All positions shown
on such Table of Organization, excepting those of City Administrator, City
Attorney, City Clerk and City Treasurer, are authorized to be filled in
accordance with the Personnel Ordinance of the City of Carson.
Section 2. Salary Ranges. Effective July 1, 1972 the salaries
and compensation of employees of the City of Carson shall be established as
provided in said Personnel Ordinance for the salary ranges to which each
position is assigned by this Resolution.
Section 3. Salary Steps. All persons employed are hereby placed
on that step of the Compensation Plan to which those persons are assigned on
the records of the Personnel Officer on the date of adoption of this Resolution.

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoingresolution, being Resolution No. 72-126, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of
said Council, duly and regularly herd on the 3rd day of July, 1972, and that
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
