A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RE AGREEMENT WITH SAFETY STRIPING COM-
PANY TO PAINT CITY TRAFFIC STRIPES, FISCAL YEAR
1972-73
WHEREAS, the Safety Striping Company has submitted a proposal to provide
traffic striping service for the City of Carson; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the proposal and the conditions set forth
therein to be the best and most advantageous proposal, and to the best interest of the City
to accept.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carson:
Section I. That the proposed agreement between the City of Carson and the
Safety Striping Company be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute tFe—agreement in form approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1972.

that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-140, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 7th day of August, 1972, and that the some was so passed and adopted by the
