HomeMy Public PortalAbout72-148RESOLUTION NO. 72-148 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIF- ORNIA EDISON COMPANY WITHIN LOT 8, TRACT NO.29664 WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company requests the granting of an easement within Lot 8, Tract No. 29664, for the purpose of distributing electrical energy transmitting intelligence by electrical means, and constructing related appurtenances for so doing; and WHEREAS, such services shall be of need and benefit to the City of Carson. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carson does hereby grant said easement to Southern California Edison Company as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
