charge. Do you really think that it will take 45 minutes to fulfill this Request? I
am assuming (when I say 45 minutes), 65 is not charging for the first 15 minutes.
Please let me know if I am incorrect in this regard.
Lastly, I am unclear as to what you expect the total charge to be to fulfill this
Request. Could you provide me with that information and your basis in
calculating same?

In connection with the 669 Letter, we noticed that you are asking for a deposit of $19.62 to be
applied to production of the records. Could you kindly advise its of the following: (a) What
hourly rate will be charged; and (b) Your estimate of the costs of the Records?
