A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT
CREATING LOS ANGELES COUNTY -CARSON SHERIFF'S
STATION AUTHORITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement between the
City of Carson and t e County of Los Angeles creating an agency to be known as the Los
Angeles County -Carson Sheriff's Station Authority is hereby approved
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute —t ire agreement upon its approval as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1972.
