Council met as set out in above notice, all members ppresent.
Councilman Wessel Haack Tesented the fQllovrin
Resolution, providing for the purc�ase of ground for ext�nding
mains and the Pumping system, and was read by the C1_erk;
"A proposed Resolution of Necessity for tiVater works and Pumping

' RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY'
Be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town of Wellsburg, Iovra
Section 1.
That it is deemed. advisable and necessary to pass this
Resolution and make the following improvement on its own motion,with
and for the said Town of Wellsburg, Iowa.
Section 2. That whereas the Town of Wellsburg has

motion seconded by councilman H.P Kruse
