A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT WITH CAL STATE
DOMINGUEZ COLLEGE TO LEASE CARSON PARK POOL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement with Cal State Dominguez College to
lease Carson Park Poo is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the agreement in
behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1972

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-196, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 6th day of November, 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Calas, Smith, Yamamoto & Marbut.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
