A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
223rd-AVALON COMPANY FOR THE PARKS & RECREATION
MAINTENANCE BUILDING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The lease agreement between the City of Carson and the
223rd -Avalon Company for the Parks & Recreation maintenance building located at 22320
South Avalon Boulevard is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the agreement on its approval as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1972.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 72-027, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 7th day of February, 1972, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Calas, Marbut, Smith and Leahy.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
