A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH WATSON
INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY DURING THE FIFTH ANNUAL CITY CELEBRATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The agreement between the City of Carson and Watson Industrial
Properties for the use o certain real property during the Fifth Annual City Celebration is
hereby approved.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement upon its approval as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1973

1, Marilyn R. Cortina, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 73-022, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 15th of January, 1973, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Calas, Smith, Yamamoto and Marbut.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
