A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING THE PROPOSAL OF SILLIAMSON, MORRIS AND PAIGE
TO DESIGN AN ACTIVITY BUILDING TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE
SEPULVEDA-FIGUEROA PARK SITE (HUD PARK SITE B)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the proposal submitted by Williamson, Morris and Paige
for the design and preparation of plans and specifications for the Sepulveda -Figueroa Park Site
is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the agreement after it has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1973.

1, Marilyn R. Cortina, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of the City of Carson, is five; that
the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 73-024, was dulyland regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the
5th day of February, 1973, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Colas, Smith, Yamamoto & Marbut
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
