A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING NIGHT STREET SWEEPING AND THE RELATED CHANGE
FROM TUESDAY TO MONDAY SWEEPING IN STEVENSON VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed the proposal to institute
night street sweeping, and the related change of the sweeping schedule in Stevenson Village
from Tuesday to Monday; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works deems the acceptance of said proposal
to be in the best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I. Acceptance of the Proposal. That the City Council of the City
of Carson approves the proposal to institute night sweeping, and change the sweeping schedule in
the Stevenson Village area.
Section 2. Execution. That the Director of Public Works is directed to
incorporate night street sweeping in the City street sweeping program, and to effect a change of
sweeping schedule from Tuesday to Monday in the Stevenson Village area.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1973.
