Attending Committee Members:
Chair Cyndi Baran convened the Water Quality Review Committee meeting at 9:05AM with
members Vice Chair Amy von Hone, Ned Chatelain, Kimberley Crocker Pearson, Davis Walters
and deemed there to be a quorum
Members Absent: Chris Miller
Guests: Jay Merchant, Owner Cape Sand &Recycling; John Tadema-Wielandt, Bennett
Environmental Consultant for CSR; Theo Mintz, Site Manager
Item 1: Site Vist Cape Sand & Recycling
1. John Tadema-Wielandt handed out copies of recent monitoring well data and a site map. He
provided a history of the property and answered questions from various members regarding
sampling data that were above acceptable range, Cyndi requested a historical map of the
property as a comparison to the current site conditions.
2. Members toured the entire property with commentary
provided by Jay Merchant. Members
commented on how well the site was organized and being operated and ,congratulated Jay
Merchant on the ;amount of work he has completed at the site.

MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 10:45AM.
MOVED by Ned Chatelain. Seconded by Kimberley Pearson.
