A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF T. A. SHINN &
ASSOCIATES FOR PRELIMINARY PLANS AND COST ESTIMATE
ON DRAINAGE AT STEVENSON PARK
WHEREAS, T. A. Shinn & Associates has submitted a proposal to the Director
of Public Works to furnish preliminary plans and cost estimate on the Stevenson Park Storm
Drain fora total price of $400.00 including all materials and labor; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works deems the acceptance of said
proposal to be in the best interests of the City of Carson; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED:
Section 1. Acceptance of Proposal. That the City Council o`f flae City of
Carson hereby accepts the proposal to do said work to:
T. A. Shinn & Associates
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of March , 1973.

I, Marilyn R. Cortina, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that
the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 73-047, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
