This means that members of the public body may access this meeting in person or via virtual means. In person attendance will be at the meeting location listed above, -and it is possible that any or all members of the.public body.may attend remotely.... - _ _ No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, and public participation in any public hearing conducted during this meeting shall be by remote means only. Executive Session — Joint with Select Board • 2624-2628 Main Street Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chairs so declares that having a discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town's litigating position. 6,30PM: Anticipated Start Time of Open Session 3.
