A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ANTHONY
AND LANGFORD AND THE CITY OF CARSON FOR THE
PREPARATION OF A DESIGN CONCEPT FOR THE DEL AMO
PARK ACTIVITY BUILDING (CASH CONTRACT.NO. 122)
WHEREAS, Anthony and Langford will prepare the design concept for the
Del Amo Park activity building; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the conditions set forth in the
agreement are in the best interest of the City to accept.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carson
Section 1. That the proposed agreement between the City of Carson and
Anthony and Langford be approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the agreement in o- rm approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1973
