A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION 73-056, A RESOLUTION
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS 5677 TO 5755
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 73-056 allowing
claims and demands 5677 through 5755; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 5608 for $8.00 was incorrectly placed on the
Register of Demands as it had previously been paid from Petty Cash funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1 . That Warrant No. 5608 in the amount of $8.00 is declared
void and the register total of $104,961.34 is corrected to a new total of $104,953.34.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1973.
