MEETING MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING —JANUARY 12, 2009
AT: VILLAGE HALL
PRESENT: J.WALDORF, J.DEMENT, P.FAY, B.LAMB, W.MANNING, J.RACICH,
L.VAUPEL,. OTHERS PRESENT: D.BENNETT, INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR; J.HARVEY,
ATTORNEY; M.GIBAS, VILLAGE CLERK; A.PERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR;
T.PLECKHAM, MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR; K.GRECO, ACTING CHIEF OF
POLICE; M.GARRIGAN, VILLAGE PLANNER; M.SCHWARZ, PLANNER; J.PROULX,
PLANNER; AND S.JAVORONOK, PLANNER.
Mayor Waldorf called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken, all Trustees were
present. Mayor Waldorf led the pledge to the flag. There were approximately 5 persons in the
audience.
BUSINESS MEETING
#1 APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Trustee Lamb moved to approve the Agenda. Seconded by Trustee Dement. Vote by roll call.
Dement, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Manning, yes; Racich, yes; Vaupel, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion
carried.
#2 SHOPS AT THE POLO CLUB
Trustee Dement moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2828, authorizing execution of an Amended
Annexation Agreement for the Shops at the Polo Club, located at the northeast corner of Route 59
and 119th Street. Seconded by Trustee Fay. Vote by roll call. Dement, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes;
Manning, yes; Racich, yes; Vaupel, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
#3 SUBDIVISION CODE AMENDMENT
Trustee Fay moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2829, amending Section 7 -181 of the Village's
Subdivision Code. Seconded by Trustee Dement. Vote by roll call. Dement, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb,
yes; Manning, yes; Racich, yes; Vaupel, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
Trustee Fay moved to adjourn. Seconded by Trustee Lamb. Voice Vote. All in favor, 0 opposed.
Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
