A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION 72-197, A RESOLUTION
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$124,257.42, DEMAND NOS. 4149 THROUGH 4341
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 72-197
allowing claims and demands 4149 through 4341; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 4267 in the amount of $100.00 was returned
to uncashed and therefore voided after the resolution was adopted and was
not replaced;
NOW, THEREBORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That Warrant No. 4267 in the amount of $100.00 is
declared void and the register total of $124,257.42 is corrected to a new
total of $124,157.42.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1973.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of the
City of Carson, is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No.
73-120, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on"the 2nd day of July, 1973,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vete:
