MINUTES — SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 26, 2009
AT: VILLAGE HALL
BOARD PRESENT: M. COLLINS, G.PECK, J.RACICH, L.VAUPEL, M.BONUCHI, AND
B.LAMB. BOARD ABSENT: P.FAY. OTHERS PRESENT: D.BENNETT, INTERIM
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR; AND MICHELLE GIBAS, VILLAGE CLERK.
Mayor Collins called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Roll call was taken, Trustee Fay was
absent, all other Trustees were present. Mayor Collins led the pledge to the flag.
Trustee Fay moved to adjourn to Executive Session as permitted under the Open Meetings Act
under Section 2 (c) (1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees or legal counsel, not to reconvene. Seconded by
Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll call. Peck, yes; Racich, yes; Vaupel, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Lamb, yes;
Fay, absent. 5 yes, 0 no, l absent. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:02 a.m.
