A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING HIRING LAWMAN & ASSOCIATES AS THE PROJECT
ENGINEER FOR THE DESIGN OF INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
AT THE INTERSECTION OF SEPULVEDA AND ALAMEDA STREET,
AND APPROVING ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the agreement for the design of intersection improvements for a project
to construct same is approved as presented, and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 16th day of July, 1973.

I, Marilyn R. Cortina, City Clerk of the City of Carson, Cclifornia, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 73-134, was duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 16th day of July,
1973, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
