A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SHELL OIL
COMPANY FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the agreement between the City of Carson and Shell
Oil Company for Pnsta ation and maintenance of traffic control signals and appurtenances
on Sepulveda Boulevard at the Shell Oil Company gate is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute t e agreement in form approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1973.
