A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AUTHORIZING HIRING SHINN AND ASSOCIATES
FOR THE COMBINED PROJECT TO INCLUDE CASH CONTRACT
NOS. 2, 102 AND 103
WHEREAS, Shinn and Associates has submitted a proposal to the Director of
Public Works to perform necessary survey, design and staking for City of Carson Cash Contract
Nos. 21 102, and 103 for a maximum price of $12,000 for all three projects; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works deems the acceptance of said proposal
to be in the best interests of the City of Carson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I. Acceptance of Proposal'. That the City Council of the City of
Carson hereby accepts t e proposa or doing so=d work of:
SHINN AND ASSOCIATES
Section 2'. Execution of Contract. The City of Carson's Attorney is directed
to prepare the contract, and the Wyor is aut orized to enter into the contract subject to its
approval by the City Attorney.
