A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON ORDERING VACATION OF FUTURE STREET, TRACT
NO. 27056
WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of Carson did on August 6, 1973,
adopt Resolution No. 73-148, entitled "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Carson Declaring its Intention to Vacate A Future Street, Tract No. 27056;" and
WHEREAS, notices of vacation were duly posted in the manner and form at
the time required by Streets and Highways Code Section 8322; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing pursuant to said
Resolution and Notice on Tuesday, September 4, 1973, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers located at 21919 South Avalon Boulevard, Carson, California, at which
time said City Council heard all evidence offered by persons interested in the proposed
vacation; and
WHEREAS, said City Council finds and determines that said future street is
unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Carson does hereby order the vacation of the future street as shown and described on Exhibit
A hereto, pursuant to the provisions _,of the Street.. Vacation Act of 1941 (Streets and Highways
Code Sections 8300 to 8374, inclusive).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby finds that the public
convenience and necessity requires no reservation of any easement or right of way for public
utilities within the above-described property.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the City Clerk of the City of Carson shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution, attested by said Clerk under the seal of the City, to be
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1973.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of the City of Carson,
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 73-171:, was duly ,and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and
regularly held on the 4th day of September, 1973, and that the some was so passed and
adopted by the following vote;
