SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 12, 2011
AT: VILLAGE HALL
BOARD PRESENT: M.COLLINS, DRIPPY, M.BONUCHI, P.FAY, B.LAMB, G.PECK,
AND J.RACICH. OTHERS PRESENT: B.MURPHY, ADMINISTRATOR; M.GIBAS,
VILLAGE CLERK; M.GARRIGAN, PLANNING SUPERVISOR; AYERSONS, PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR; AND J.KONOPEK, INTERIM POLICE CHIEF.
CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL /PLEDGE
Mayor Collins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken, all Trustees were
present. The Plainfield Police and Fire Honor Guard presented the colors. Mayor Collins read a
statement regarding 9/11 and thanked the Honor Guard.
BUSINESS MEETING
1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Trustee Fay moved to approve the Agenda. Seconded by Trustee Lamb. Vote by roll call.
Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, yes; Racich, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion
carried.
#2 VIRTUAL DRIVER INTERACTIVE
Trustee Fay moved to approve the purchase of the Virtual Driver Computer System as identified
in the staff report from Virtual Driver Interactive for the total purchase amount of $9,315.00.
Seconded by Trustee Bonuchi. Vote by roll call. Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes;
Peck, yes; Racich, yes. 6 yes, 0 no. Motion carried.
Trustee Fay moved to adjourn. Seconded by Trustee Bonuchi. Voice Vote. All in favor, 0
opposed. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
