A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ATLAS GREATER
SHOWS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the agreement with Atlas Greater Shows to exhibit a
carnival, including rides and concessions, for the City's 6th Anniversary Celebration is
hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute tFe agreement, approved in form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1974.

I, Morris B. Vance, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-007, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 7th day of January, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Colas, Marbut, Smith & Yamamoto.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
