A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING COVENANTAND AGREEMTENT
WITH OVERTON, MOORE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. AND
HARVEY 56. ,RODSTEIN AND JEROME M. RODSTEIN AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. That the agreement with Overton, Moore and Associates, Inc.
and Harvey B. Rodstein and Jerome M. Rodstein, to close truck doori is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute t e agreement, approved in form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1974.

I, Morris B. Vance, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby

foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-018, was duly and regularly adopted by the
