A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING HIRING LAWMAN AND ASSOCIATES
AS THE PROJECT ENGINEER FOR THE DESIGN OF THE INTER-
SECTION AT MAIN AND CARSON STREETS AND APPROVING
ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR SAME (CASH CONTRACT
NO. 144)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the agreement for the design of intersection improvements for a project
to construct same is approved as presented, and that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the said agreement.

hereby certify that the whole numbersof members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-023, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meering of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 6th day of May, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
