A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARSON AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for the maintenance of traffic signals and
safety lights at t>�ersectinn of Avalon Boulevard and the off -ramps of the San Diego
Freeway (State Highway, Route 405) and the intersection of Alameda and the off -ramps
of the San Diego Freeway (State Highway, Route 405) between the City of Carson, the
State of California, and the County of Los Angeles is approved as presented; and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1974.

I, Morris B. Vance, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-024, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 4th day of February, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following
