A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-042, A RESOLUTION
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$91,266.64, DEMAND NOS. 9208 THROUGH 9373
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 74-042 allowing claims
and demands 9208 through 9373; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 9272 was voided after the resolution was adopted in
the amount of $62.45 with no replacement check issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I: That Warrant No. 9272 in the amount of $62.45 is declared void and
the register total of $91,266.64 is corrected to a new total of $91,204.19.

City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 18th day of March, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following
