A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-095, A RESO-
LUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2151561.66, DEMAND NOS. 10594 THROUGH
10790
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 74-095 allowing
claims and demands 10594 through 10790; and
WHEREAS, Warrant Nos. 10710 and 10744 were voided after the resolution
was adopted in the amount of $22,423.81 and $13.00 with no replacement checks issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1 . That Warrant Nos. 10710 and 10744 in the amounts of $22,423.91
and $13.00 are dec aced void and the register total of $215,561.66 is corrected to a new total
of $193,124.75 .
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17Ah day of June, 1974.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of :the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74103, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 17th day of June, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
