A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-104, A RESO-
LUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $185,126.83, DEMAND NOS. 10791 THROUGH 10971
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFCARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Coundil did adopt Resolution No. 74-104 allowing claims
and demands 10791 through 10971; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 10952 was voided after the resolution was adopted
in the amount of $37.49 with a replacement check issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1 . That Warrant No. 10952 in the amount of $37.49 was declared
void and the register of $185,126.83 is corrected to a new total of $185,089.34.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-123, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 15th day of July, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
