A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN INSTALLATION AND MAINTE-
NANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAME (CROSSING NO. BG -500.1-C)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1 . That the agreement for the installation and maintenance of
crossing safety equipment at a spur track, crossing Alameda Street, desginated by the Public
Utilities Commission as crossing No. BG -500.1-C, between the City of Carson and the
Southern Pacific Transportation Company, is approved as presented; and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.

that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-150, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 19th day of August, 1974, and that the some was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
