1. CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Threshie called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL NOTED: Council Members Susman, Green, Anderson, Vice
Mayor Ingalls, and Mayor Threshie.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Deferred
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None.
5. CLOSED SESSION
5.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT -.Town Manager. Government Code Section 54957(e)
Action Taken: Council directed Bob Murray, recruiting consultant, to proceed with
negotiating a contract between the Town and the top applicant, Tony Lashbrook, for
the position of Town Manager.
6. ADJOURNMENT
To the mgulady scheduled meeting of the Town Council, May 5, 2005, 6:00 p.m.,
Town Hall, 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA.
