A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON PROVIDING FOR
THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That certain Agreement between Kenneth Leventhal
as Seller and City of Carson as Buyer is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the some and any other instruments or
documents necessary or convenient to carry out the terms and provisions thereof.
Section 2. Payments of principal and interest on the NoteSecured
by Deed of Trust to be executed in accordance with the terms of said Agreement shall be
made in accamdance with provisions of said Agreement and in particular, the provisions
of Paragraph 3(b) and (c) thereof. The City Administrator and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to place on the Register of Demands for action by the
City Council the amounts provided for in said Agreement on or before November I,
1974, and semi-annually thereafter, aubject to all rights reserved to the City Council
under the terms of said Agreement.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the focegoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-196, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 21st day of October 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
