A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-192, A
RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE AMOUNT OF $113,971.47, DEMAND NUMBERS
13132 THROUGH 13301
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 74-192 allowing
claims and demands 13132 through 13301; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. .131;7_5 -was voided after the resolution was adopted
in the amount of $150.00 with replacement check number 13308 issued payable to
Juritto Brown;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1 . That Warrant No. 13175 in the amount of $150.00 is
declared void and fide register total of $113,971 .47 is corrected to a new total of
$113,821.47.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1974.

that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-197, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 4th day of November, 1974, and that the some was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
