A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CARSON AND SHELL OIL COMPANY FOR THE
INSTALLATION OFA TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE SHELL
OIL SEPULVEDA GATE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1 . That the agreement for the installation of a traffic signal
at the Shell Oi Sepu veda Gate is approved as presented, and that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute the said agreement.

that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-204, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 4th day of November, 1974, and that the wame was so passed and adopted by
