A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-192, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $113,821.47,
DEMAND NUMBERS 13132 THROUGH 13301
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 74-192 allowing claims and
demands 13132 through 13301; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 13285 was voided after the resolution was adopted in the
amount of $995.00 with no replacement check issued at the time of voiding,;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 13285 in the amount of $995.00 is declared void
and the register total of $113,821.47 is correct to a new total of $112,826.47.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of November 1974.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-211, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 18th day of November 1974, and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Colas, Marbut, Yamamoto and Smith
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
