A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON CERTIFYING THE COMPLETION OF AN
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON AMENDMENT
NO. 1 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROJECT
AREA NO. 2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Final Environmental Impact Report for Amendment No.
1 to the Redeve opment Plan for Project Area No. 2 has been prepared and submitted to
the City Council.
Section 2. The City Council has reviewed and considered the information
contained in the Fina Environmental Impact Report and certifies that it has been completed
in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and the State Guidelines.
Section 3. The City Clerk is instructed to file a Notice of Determination
with the County C e�rsuant to Section 15085(8) of the State Guidelines. Said Notice
of Determination shall state:
(a) That the City Council has adopted said Amendment No. 1;
(b) That the project will not have a significant effect on the
Environment; and
(c) That the Environmental Impact Report was prepared pursuant
to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1974.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 74-229, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 16th day of December, 1974, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Calas, Marbut, Yamamoto and Smith
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
