RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
ACCEPTING GIFT OF SCENIC EASEMENT
AUTHORIZING PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE CERTIF
ICATE OF ACCEPTANCE WITH RESPECT THERETO
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does resolve as follows:
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does hereby accept, with gratitude, the gift
of a scenic easement covering real property described on
Exhibit A, affixed hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof, and conveyed by that certain scenic easement deed
from Merrill E. LaPoint and Dorothy J. LaPoint to the Mid -
peninsula Regional Park District dated June 30, 1975.
The President of the Board is authorized to execute
a certificate of acceptance with respect thereto.
