RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT wITH MID-STATE FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION RE: PARKING LOT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that it
does hereby authorize the renewal of an existing tenancy pursuant to which the
Borough of Carteret occupies a portion of the Mid-State Federal Credit Union
parking lot on Roosevelt Avenue as a public parking lot;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said renewal for a period beginning January
1, 1998 and ending December 31, 1998, and upon those terms and conditions
specified in Resolution No. 93-135 adopted April 1, 1993 and shall include the
following:
1. Rental: Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per month.
- 2. Insurance: The Borough shall post the requisite liability
insurance.
3. Maintenance: The Borough shall maintain the parking lot
and surface thereof.
4. Signage: The Borough shall post signs in an area to
be designated by Mid-State Federal Credit
Union for the use of passenger vehicles only.
5. Cancellation: Said agreement to be cancelable upon thirty
(30) days notice to Landlord.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 16, 1998.

THE CONTRACTOR docs hereby agree to perform the following
RENEWAL CONTRACT FOR PARK1NG LOT FOR 1998.
According to the terms set fbrth in Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set
forth in Resolution.

caused these presents to be signed by their proper corporate officers and their corporate
